As the year comes to a close, I, like so many of you, find myself reflecting and planning for the new year ahead.
And it’s a worthy use of time. Pausing. Looking back with intention. Noticing what mattered. And choosing with intention what hopes to carry into the new year.
This has been a year filled with meaningful conversations about humanity and purpose. And those connections with you, the most brilliant minds and beautiful souls, came down to this core of, “How do we nurture the kind of leadership that creates a ripple of belief, both in ourselves and others, and meaningful change in the world?”
